1) The dry blending method is to combine zinc oxide white powder 99,7% and other additives, pore formers, and binders by adding appropriate amounts of water, organic solvents, stirring, grinding, mechanical crushing, ultrasonic waves, vibration and other smashing methods. Mix them uniformly, and then extrude them into different shapes such as flakes, strips, or spheres through extruders or tablet presses, then dry them in an oven and roast them in a muffle furnace to obtain samples. This manufacturing method is simple, large in production capacity, and low in operating costs. The biggest disadvantage is that the desulfurizer of this process is not easy to make the components of the desulfurizer highly dispersed and uniform.
